Was able to speak with the manager Steve, who worked with us and we were able to agree on a good price.  

Scott at finance did his magic and was able to get us a better deal with a rate that was better than we thought we would get.  

There was an added warranty along with a cilajet sealant that we could've opted not to buy but after dealing with their service and sales department along with the final price it was the icing on the cake.  This is definitely a different Dublin Nissan!

Dublin Nissan serviced  my car today.  A friend suggested I give them a try after Seeing me drive around with a flickering check engine light. *I know... BAD BAD BAD ... I don't even have good reason for my lag factor when it comes to keeping up w/ stuff like this!  Theres always some other appointment ( like a manicure )  that outranks having a car service done ... At least according to my priority scale.

I pulled in, spoke with the service manager and my car was promptly whisked away by the friendliest and most courteous service techs I've ever encountered. Ever.

Within 1 hour, my vehicle was returned to me purring like the kitten she is ...washed...and feeling brand new. I'll never take baby anywhere else. They didn't try up-selling a bunch of unnecessaries to me either. A chick expects this whenever they take their car in for any kind of issue.  Car guys are vicious sharks, right?  WRONG. NOT AT DUBLIN NISSAN.

The Sales Manager also backed up our salesman every step of the way to make the deal happen. We just had an excellent experience and went away very satisfied. I had my tire showing tire pressure warning for the last few days. It didn't go away even after repeated air fillings so I decided I visited a service center.

Went to the Fremont Nissan first and they gave me an appointment after two weeks. On insisting that this is urgent as the tire can get damaged when on long drive if there is a nail or something in the tire. They said they have a new tire machine that is not working so they cannot look at it even if they wanted to. Sounds lame excuse to me.

Been to Nissan Service today at Dublin  \and something bizarre happened. i have been a Nissan customer for over 6 years now and have  been a regular customer over at Dublin Nissan for nearly 3 years . People over there have always been courteous and never had any issues with them whatsoever.  Today i gave my car for its usual maintenance and wheel alignment. After i paid my bill ( $210) today, i reviewed the breakdown of charges some how i felt the service sales guy messed up with my bill  and moreover he  could not give me clear breakdown of the charges and i felt kind of cheated. This pissed me off and was infuriated. i expressed my displeasure in a very loud way in front of other customers left the facility. Service manager Jacob immediately followed me to my car and requested me to stop by his office. We sat down, he apologized and tried to explain the billing was right but they did mess up the way changes were broke down. to please me he wived off my entire bill and also gave me voucher for free service next visit. Its very rare we see these kind of gestures at car dealership. End of the day, i left their facility pleased and was really impressed with the Jacob went above and beyond to retain his customers business.

Nissan at Dublin is a go to place if you love Nissan and Electric Car. I had great experience dealing with the sales manager named Mark Jacob. He went above and beyond to get me great deal on leasing leaf. Monique Zaragoza gave me tour of the Car which I was interested in and she answered all my queries. She started my state rebate application and informed me what to do to get my rebate. Gave me all the required information to get my white sticker (ZE sticker). 

I would recommend Nissan at Dublin to all my friend who are interested in driving EV.
